Candidates with following qualifications are eligible for the position

• 1+ years of experience in live chat support or a similar role.
• Proficient in using live chat software and support tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Basic technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to customers.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities of Chat Support Specialist?

• Providing real-time support to customers through live chat, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Troubleshoot technical problems, providing clear and concise solutions.
• Guidi customers through various processes and transactions.
• Gathering customer feedback and share insights with the team for ongoing service improvement.
• Assisting with customer onboarding and product training as needed.Document and report technical issues to the appropriate teams.
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
