Role: Magento(Consultant/Sr. Consultant)This is a senior software engineer role in the Commerce Community Engineering team.
You will be responsible for processing community contributions that comes in the form of pull requests to the Magento Open Source code base and validating reported issues. Required Skills

Proficient in OOP and its application
Good understanding of Design Patterns used in Magento Open Source/Adobe Commerce
Knowledge of extensibility and backward compatibility
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Bamboo
Proficiency in PHP language
Knowledge of Javascript, XML / SOAP / REST API’s
Knowledge of performance tools and best practices
Good communication skills
M2 experience is mandate.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Review community contributor’s code and ensure it follows best practices and coding standards
Testing and stabilizing the PRs to ensure they are good to merge into the code base
Collaborate with Product and Engineering leads to get final sign off before merge into the code base
Identify and review and backward incompatibility risks
Triage and validate reported issues on GitHub
Collaboration with contributors and maintainers on GitHub
