What you will be doing:

- Coordination: Working with carriers and service providers to facilitate the transfer and /or purchase of numbers across multiple countries and regions
- Documentation: Ensuring that all necessary paperwork and authorizations are completed and submitted correctly not only for porting and purchasing but also for regulatory and number management updates.
- Troubleshooting: Addressing any issues that arise during the porting process, such as discrepancies in account information.
- Customer Communication: Keeping clients informed about the status of their porting requests and any potential delays. Answering requirements questions and providing relevant information during the porting or purchase process
- General product Support: Answering basic questions and helping with basic setup for new onboarding customers.
What we are looking for:

- Customer Service Orientation: Providing excellent support to clients and addressing their concerns or inquiries promptly. (experience in customer support is a plus)
- Attention to Detail: Being meticulous in managing documentation and data to prevent errors during the process.
