L&T Walk in Interview 2024 Eligibility Criteria
- Debt Collection: Visit assigned customers to collect outstanding payments and debts.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers professionally and courteously, addressing any concerns or questions they may have regarding their debts.
- Negotiation: Negotiate payment terms and settlements where necessary to ensure timely payment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities, including visits, communications, and payments received.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Collections Manager on the status of collections and any issues encountered.
- Compliance: Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate successful collections and improve customer satisfaction.
- Travel: Travel to various locations as required to meet with customers and collect payments
Preferred candidate profile
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business administration, or a related field – DRA certification is preferred.
